What are the operating hours?

We are open every day, starting at 12 pm and continuing into the late hours.

Is there an age limit for entry?

Yes, the age limit for entry is 18 years and above.

What is the dress code for the venue?

Please ensure that your attire adheres to our dress code, as failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.

  • Males:
    • Sleeveless tops are prohibited.
    • No Facial Tattoos Are Allowed.
    • Bermudas or shorts are not allowed.
    • Covered shoes are mandatory.
  • Females:
    • No slippers.
    • No Crocs.
    • No slides.

Can I walk in?

We have reserved seats for walk-in patrons daily. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I get a refund for tickets or packages purchased online?

Unfortunately, refunds are not issued once payment has been confirmed. It’s crucial to double-check all booking details before finalizing your purchase. Please note that payment is not simply a credit card authorization; it serves as confirmation of your ticket/package reservation.

Is it possible to receive a refund for the deposit I submitted for booking?

Unfortunately, no, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied towards your purchase on the day of your visit. Once booking is confirmed, we are unable to accept any changes. In the case of a no-show, the deposit remains non-refundable. Please understand that the deposit is collected to ensure that genuine customers can secure a booking slot.
